We hope that you will enjoy our products. However, we know that people sometimes change their minds, and we will be happy to take the products back as long as they are returned to us in an unused and undamaged condition within 14 days of receiving them.

You don't need to give us any reason for returning items but we would appreciate some feedback to help us understand and improve.

 

Please note that buyers are responsible for returning items at their own expense.

 

We will aim to process any refunds within 2-3 business days from date of receipt. Please keep in mind that it might take 3-5 business days for the refund amount to appear in your account.

 

If you want to return a defective or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded for postage once your return is processed.
